Jared Reites, DPT
Jared is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Athletic Trainer. He graduated from the University of South Florida, College of Medicine with a BS in Athletic Training in 2008 and the University of South Florida, College of Medicine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. Jared is currently the Director of Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility. Areas of expertise include orthopedics, neurological rehab, sports medicine rehabilitation, pediatrics, and documentation. He has extensive experience working with collegiate and professional athletes in all sports, most notably NCAA Division 1 and NFL athletes, along with experience working in pediatric developmental and sports medicine rehabilitation.
Lindsey Wolfe, PT
Lindsey graduated from the University of South Florida with her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. She continued with her graduate studies the University of South Florida to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduating, Lindsey gained experience in the acute care setting and then transitioned to outpatient care. She currently works in the outpatient setting with an emphasis on post-surgical patients ranging from total joint replacements to rotator cuff repair.

SWAT Team Manager
Kathleen brings 30 years of experience in Practice Management. She currently heads the Billing SWAT department, where she is responsible for the billing performance of over one hundred billing professionals covering over 500 practices and posting more than $14 million in monthly insurance payments. Kathy has owned and operated two successful turnkey DME businesses and shares her knowledge and business sense with the clients in bestPT.
Your bestPT Training Team offers first-level support for software-related user issues and they provide Live Help Training Sessions to ensure a productive user experience. They will help your practice get the most from your bestPT billing software system.
TRAINING TEAM MANAGER
Jessica is the Training Team Manager. She makes sure tickets get answered as quickly and correctly as possible. She also works as the liaison between the Training team and bestPT’s technical teams to make sure all information in the system is up to date. If there are any technical issues Jessica gets them fixed as quickly as possible. Jessica never shies away from answering difficult questions and helps discover ways to perform the needed actions or display the required info in bestPT’s system.
Greg can help you gain maximum benefits from using best’s system. You can also request live tutorials for modifying your EMR or superbill, reconciliation, and getting the most out of your reports by simply opening a ticket to Greg or the Training Team.
Mike is the newest member of bestPT’s Traning Team. His job is to assist you with any problems, as well as offer tips and suggestions for using bestPT’s physical therapy software efficiently. He can also help you with scheduling issues, EMR, and Reconciliation.
The ticket system is your fastest and most effective way to communicate with your staff or your Billing Team. Unlike voice messages and email, tickets cannot be lost or ignored because every action is recorded in a log. The ticket system tracks every action taken or not taken and thus everyone associated with a ticket is accountable.
